Runitup does not accept certain types of items for delivery, including hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, and anything that is prohibited by law. For a full list of restricted or prohibited items, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Once your parcel is picked up, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on our website or app to check the current status and location of your delivery in real time.
If your delivery is delayed, please check the tracking page for updates. Delays can occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen events. If you have concerns, our customer support team is available to assist and provide further information.
Once a package is dispatched, changes to the delivery address may be possible, but it depends on the current status of the shipment. If the address change is feasible, a fee will be applied based on the distance the package has already traveled. The further the package is from its original destination, the higher the fee may be. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to discuss your options and get an estimate of the fee.

If your parcel is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may require evidence such as photos of the damaged goods or details of the shipment. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it according to our insurance and liability policies.
